At Shoot At Sight, it all starts with a cup of coffee where you help us understand your target audience, film, and its goals. We use this information to draft a foolproof project plan. Once both parties are on one page with the scope, deliverables, and creatives, a deposit is collected to initiate pre- production. During pre-production, we finalize the scripts, storyboards, mood boards, and more. Once the digital work is done, we set out for location scouting, filming permits, casting, crew hiring, wardrobe, art direction, and more.

It’s unpopular for documentary production companies in Texas to use editing as a tool to beautify films. Instead, it’s used as a bandaid. From video editing to music scoring to animation to color grading, we use every technique to produce a final cut that’s sophisticated. You’ll be included in the post- production stage and shown a couple of drafts via WeTransfer before the final one to collect your feedback. Depending on project size and complexity, the final version is delivered on the agreed deadline.
